What is Fastrack?
With Fastrack, you get access to exclusive Fastrack entrances to skip the queues, ensuring you cram as many thrills into your day as possible!
What is Reserve and Ride?
Reserve & Ride is a system that queues for you, leaving you more time to explore the park! It is available at Chessington World of Adventures and the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort instead of Fastrack.
Using your phone, Reserve & Ride enables you to virtually wait a ride's queue time, freeing you up to visit other attractions, shops and restaurants in the park while you are waiting your turn. The higher the level, the less time you wait between making your reservation and being able to ride.
- Get the most out of your day - Enjoy the park at your leisure and when your virtual wait is over, simply go to the ride’s Reserve & Ride Entrance.
- Lets you choose – make reservations from a choice of up to 25 attractions.
- Easy to use - using your mobile phone, rides can be booked from anywhere in the park.
How do I redeem the offer?
You can only buy Fastracks with your discount on the same day as your visit, and you can do so by using the links below or by visiting the Fastrack unit(s) and showing your Pass.
For Reserve & Ride discounts, all you need to do is show your valid Annual Pass at the following locations: The Beginning (Reserve & Ride Desk) at LEGOLAND, and The Annual Pass Hub at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

- Please note that Fastrack is sold on a limited basis and is subject to availability
- Fastrack tickets are non-refundable, T&Cs apply.
- You must have a valid Gold, Premium, or Platinum Merlin Annual Pass to redeem this offer.
- You cannot use a Passholder discount when booking through the park app.
- 10% off Reserve & Ride is valid in the Resort only and excludes online purchases.
- Reserve & Ride is only available on selected days.

It’s now even easier to skip the queues! Your exclusive 10% off Fastrack and Reserve & Ride offer is always-on, and we are now in the process of phasing out single-use £5 off Fastrack vouchers.
Starting 1st July 2025, £5 off Fastrack vouchers will no longer be accepted—but don’t worry! Instead of being limited to just 3 single-use vouchers, you can now enjoy 10% off one-shots and Fastrack packages as many times as you like!
