Terms & Conditions
- Adventurers MUST be a minimum of 7 years old, Adventurers between 7 - 16yrs must be accompanied by a full paying adult (16+).
- Entry into the Theme Park & Zoo is NOT included.
- Experience is only suitable for a maximum of 10 people and a minimum of 2.
- All VIP Ride experiences are subject to inclement weather conditions. If the conditions are not suitable the experience may be cancelled or postponed to a future date at short notice.
- Ride Experience times are subject to queue lengths at the end of the day and the experience may be delayed if the ride has not yet closed for the day.
- Please be aware, if you purchase the Annual Passholder/Hotel guest rate, you will be required to present a valid Annual Pass or Hotel Reservation (dated the same as your experience booking) when you participate in this experience. If you do not have a valid Annual Pass or Hotel Reservation, you will be required to pay the balance or your experience will be cancelled.
*Please Note: This experience is NOT suitable for non-ambulant adventurers. Expectant mothers are not permitted on any of our experiences. If you believe this may affect you, please contact our VIP team before booking to discuss your individual needs.
All VIP Experiences are non-transferable and non-refundable and in the event that we have to cancel your experience we will arrange a suitable alternative.
